Key Relatinships:

Internal Relationship: Finance, P2P, Production, Customer Service, Supply Chain, HSE, Quality Control, Shipping supervisor and WH supervisor (Multi BSU, MPY, Wood, PWD and SC).
External Relationship: Carriers, Vendors WH utilities, 3PL's and Brokers.

Professional Profile:

Scholarship, bachelor's degree

Bachelor's degree. Preferred engineer (Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineer or similar degree)

Experience:

1 year using SAP.
Logistic operation (Inbound, Outbound, Cycle counting and Import), 1 year.
Make to Order process, 1 year.
Leading projects, Implementation / Execution
Operations, 1 year.

Knowledge / Skills

SAP and numerical skills.
Enought Excel knowledge, (Dynamic Tables and Vlook up function).
Prefered basic knowledge "visual basic".
Effective communication.
Analytical thinking.
Basic problem solving knowledge.
English conversacional.

Mainly Objectives

To follow and ensure IDOCs SAP modules, Saturn, ASC and Global Sap, 6 business (PWR, MPY, VR, COIL, PKG and ASC. SAP interfaces).
Keep accuracy of Inventory in 3PL's vs SAP, all BSU's.
To manage batches issues in SAP with 3PL and solve for the business.
To solve tinting issues, wrong batch, calibration, quality warnings.
To evaluate the KPI's of 3PL's.
To follow virtual conciliation with 3PLs, PWR, MPY, VR, COIL, PKG and ASC.
To manage inventory policy, keep right documents and approvals from 3PLs.
Corrective actions with 3PL's and follow up, customer complaints.
Ensure the 3PL follow the scraping laws and HSE Laws for Mexico.
To know values of the company and ensure the behavior about the values

Summary

To keep the communication and tracking the performance of 3PLs in Mexico, about SAP maintenance.
Keep right movements in interfaces for 3 SAP modules and 6 Business in Mexico.
