- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, test, and delivery and enhance digital solutions to support LATAM Finance Team's needs.

- Resolves complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines, or processes.
- Full ownership for one or more use cases concurrently, projects, initiatives, tasks and may be considered analytical or technical experts to assess project constrains or development alternatives.
- Guide and support business teams and/or users to productionize their digital solutions (load solutions into digital tools servers)
- Applies technical knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues and perform escalations when necessary.
- Ensures creation of project plan based on desired end state and expected benefits
- Ensures change control is correctly managed throughout projects
- Bachelor's/University degree of Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related areas, preferable.
