Main Responsibilities:

Has the expertise on each Material Flow Process, Is the source of information for Tools and analysis that accomplish Material Replenishment Strategies.

In Charge for the process development and execution on each project. Is continuously researching for process improvement.

Provides support and basic trouble shooting for current operations. Investigates gathers and analyze data for Material Replenishment solutions.
Establishes routings and material flow for Material and trigeer systems, Kit Parts from RIP to POU, methods, RIP layouts for Kitted Parts, costs, methods documentation, for Kitting Strategies new and existing parts.
Identifies and implements cost reduction, safety and ergonomic improvement ideas.
Works with electronic tools (ProE, AutoCad) to perform Material Kitting functions.
Supports operations layouts to improve material flow and material presentation.
Participates in team studies related to capacity, productivity and efficiency. Continuous Improvement Cart Solution
Implements new material flow processes and technology.
Determine the cart layout (part number and qty) according to the line usage to optimize the utilization.
Involved on the initial setup for the kit carts, all continues improvement on current kit carts ME Group should be working on the kit carts redesign
Send parts to kit cart supplier to fit them on their design
Usage to SAP Cart Solutions

What Skills You Need:

English Proficient level.
SAP WM Deep understanding.
Knowledge of database management tools, tracking of expenses reports initiated by the position.
Background in Engineering (Manufacturing or Industrial engineering).

What Makes You Stand Out:

Skill in using computer aided design and/or engineering tools.
Knowledge of manufacturing, material flow and/or distribution processes, tooling, tool design, limited preventative maintenance and facilities
Understands the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP).

Education:

Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Logistic Engineering.
