North Cluster Controller Role

This position involves leading the financial close process for the entire cluster on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• The ideal candidate will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with a business-driven mindset.

About You

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required; a master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting, controllership, or audit is necessary. Experience in manufacturing or multi-site companies is highly desirable.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Standardize financial processes to enhance reporting and improve KPIs;


• Delve into executive-level financial insights and performance visibility.
