- Analyze efficiency of marketing investments and generate insight-based proposals for future investment allocations.
- Analyze product assortment efficiency and provide recommendations for future assortment portfolio.
- Support strategic evaluations of business opportunities and product (re-)launches by providing structured, ROI-based financial assessment.
- Coordinate the marketing budget planning and steering processes across all affiliates and act as guardian of the marketing budget planning tool.
- Ensure financial stability by delivering high-quality marketing budget accruals and timely reporting of investment details.
- Co-create planning and reporting tools to support marketing business steering.
- Conduct internal audit tasks to evaluate process and compliance risks, propose corrective actions, and drive their implementation.
- University degree, preferably in Economics or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance controlling areas.
- High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and collaborative working style.
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
