JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Genaral office management.
  • Assets management including office, housing, cars and compters.
  • House leasing and contracts.
  • Responsible for expat visas.
  • Organize team building or other events.
  • Daily new requests follow up.
  • Maintain the image of the reception to offices in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Take care and ensure office tools such as pens, pencils, typewriter sheets, micas, among others.
  • Keep the HR file updated.
  • Organization and coordination of organizational culture events
  • Coordinate cafeteria and transportation.
  • Travel arrangements and coordination of visits to CFM
  • Punctual payment of housing services CFM visits (rent, electricity, water, gas, Btus, etc.
  • Coordination of meeting rooms
  • Migration

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree.

  • Spanish and English speaking.
  • 1 years of working experience.
  • Have service oriented mindset, work flexibility and efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supplier chain, Commercial Management, Administration, or such.
- +1 year of experience at front desk service and

  • English proficiency spoken and written.
  • Microsoft Office
  • Experience in travel booking, housing research and hotel reservation.
  • Knowledge on immigration is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
