As a People Service Specialist, you will provide high-level professional advice in HR Processes and systems and use knowledge about core systems and processes to drive operational alignment and efficiency across HR and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

Handle medium to complex transactions related to people processes across the Hire to Retire processes
Collaborate with the other P&S teams to case manage and resolve complex issues
Train and support junior People Services team members on process clarifications and case management activities
Manage global support like reorganizations, redundancy processing etc
Support in bulk changes and uploads of data arising out of different projects or events
Educate employees and make awareness about the self help options available for them in each opportunity
Perform recurrent data audits and ensure corrective actions are completed
Analyze trends of queries and proactively suggest areas for improvement
Build strong peer relationships within the people services team and also the larger people organization
