As we grow our Healthcare Provider business unit, it is essential that we have experienced sales support to enable business readiness.

Therefore, we are hiring someone to join our team who can quickly navigate our sales lifecycle and partner with the sales operations team in enhancing sales enablement.

We are currently seeking an

Operations Senior Analyst to join our Provider Sales team. This individual will be reporting to the


Responsibilities:


  • Drive best practices around standardized processes and reporting
  • Identify opportunities for process/reporting optimization, process/reporting redesign, or development of new process/reporting
  • Supports the Sales Leadership and GTM teams with analytics reporting and dashboard creation to support the Provider' biweekly sales forecast
  • Support the Provider annual account planning process Seerat will own and additional team members may support
  • Align operationally and drive best processes, template creation and operational standards that support the Provider team strategy
  • Administration and management of Provider team trainings in the NTT DATA Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Understands NTT DATA's instance and provides training and guidance
  • Communications on NTT DATA change management; driving adoption
  • Maintain organize and updated master training collateral as system changes
  • Responsible for Account/Opportunity ownership updates working with director / leaders for guidance
  • Responsible to oversee Data Quality & ensure updates are accurate and timely: missing data, opportunity type, past dues, etc.
  • Ad hoc Reporting requests (account data, opportunity data, historical data, etc.)
  • Owner of system change requests: account owners, account naming conventions, account mergers, subvertical & segment corrections, etc.
  • Partners with the Global Sales Operations Management team and other internal teams, in enhancing the sales process activities within the organization
  • Provider Deal Validation & Commission
  • Assure all commissionable wins are moving through validation process timely (monitor, review, provide documentation as needed, escalate).
  • Assure accurate documentation attached to SFDC Opportunity at time deal is won
  • Assure terms in SFDC match contracts & approved financial cost models (terms, execution dates, TCV, Inyear rev) \u2026
