Position Overview


The Business Development Manager for the Electronics Segment plays a pivotal role in identifying, prioritizing, and capitalizing on top strategic opportunities.

This position is responsible for cultivating relationships with key customers, exploring new markets, and driving revenue growth.

The Business Development Manager will work closely with internal teams to develop and execute tailored strategies that align with the company's objectives and capitalize on emerging trends in the electronics market.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize top strategic opportunities within the electronics segment.
  • Ability to teach customers on industry trends; may be viewed as an expert in certain areas.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and potential areas for expansion.
  • Optimizing price and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored strategies for the electronics segment.
  • Train & mentor entry/new sales roles.
  • Monitor sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Represent the company at industry events to promote brand awareness and identify new opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in sales
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles
  • Experience in the electronics segment
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent English
  • Valid driver's license
  • Resultsoriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets
