Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate work to be performed by coating Subcontractors.
Coordination with Construction team to plan activities (short and long term) and determine priorities.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Populate and manage signature of Quality and Turnover Documentation and maintain accurate records of coating activities and inspections.
Ensure subcontractor has proper supplies, tools and equipment to meet schedule.
Collaborate with project teams to resolve any coatingrelated issues.
Manage budget for all coating scope.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Knowledge of industry codes and standards related to coating and painting.
Knowledge of CFE coating specifications and NOMs desired.
Familiarity with coating inspection tools and techniques, NACE certification desired.
Strong attention to detail and qualityoriented mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
