Responsible for managing, together with the business team, the growth of KeObra in terms of income (Business & increment budget).

His role is to collaborate, measure and support growth initiatives, reshape the organization and anticipate buyer needs.

It has the task of ensuring and managing the growth of KeObra through revenue metrics, Sales, Revenue, Brand Value, Social ROI, among others.

Collaborate, measure, and provide executive-level support with growth initiatives, all in the name of expansion and results.

Operational knowledge related to accounting, finance and general business practices and an ability to think strategically and see the big picture.


Main Responsibilities:


Strong Financial Background - Oversee the entire financial stack of the company (some of them built from scratch) ensuring financial legal compliance.


  • Implementation and ideation of new business models in conjunction with the Business Development team.
  • Knowledge of business valuation.
Research and prospect potential clients by pitching KeObra through calls and meetings: maintain ongoing pipeline

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities
  • Generate sales, reach and surpass the sales goal

  • Proactive, Autodidact, Responsible, Creative, original, and persuasive
  • Able to understand ideas quickly and express them clearly and in writing
  • Willing to accept criticism if successive changes must be made in their work
  • Interested in popular culture and new trends in architecture and construction
  • Degree in Economics, Administration, Finance.
  • Proven history of sales goals achieved and exceeded.
  • English fluency
