Grown with us as a Project Leader in our Mexicali Plant. In this position you will be responsible for the leading of the implementation of Continuous Improvement for Mexicali Plant.

You will also, monitor and manage the plant OEE, cost savings and materials variances, coordinate action plans related to improve our KPIs.

You will identify new projects and quantify their impacts.

With a holistic mindset you will be able to work with other departments to ensure the best actions plans with the best results.

Required SAP and Excel experience.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Plant Partnerships-You will partner closely with Operations, QFS, EHSS, Finance, Logistics, HR, GBS, Innovation and Engineering teams. Just as important is your collaboration with the Business Unit leadership team and other plant employees by ensuring OEE and cost savings results, and deployment of Continuous Improvement tools.
  • Audits-You'll take particular care in maintaining high standards, internally and externally. You will be participating, as well as leading, the coordination, preparation, and corrective action management for yearly internal and thirdparty audits.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Industrial Process, Food Engineering or related field
  • Advanced English (80%)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and be detail oriented
  • High proficiency with MS Office, including MS Teams
  • You've worked in a high paced manufacturing environment
  • Effective communication, initiative, committed, collaborative, focused on results and proactive
