What You'll Do:

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and performance gaps within the client support team.
Design and develop comprehensive training programs, materials, and resources to address identified needs and promote continuous learning and development.
Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and training to engage learners and enhance knowledge retention.
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to the client support team, ensuring a consistent and highquality learning experience.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance analysis, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to client support training.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members, offering guidance and feedback to facilitate skill development and performance improvement.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align learning and development initiatives with organizational goals and strategies.
Maintain training records, track training metrics, and prepare reports to assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs.

Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
25 years of experience as a learning and development specialist, training facilitator, or a related role, preferably in customer support.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and training methodologies.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs using various modalities, including inperson, virtual, and blended learning approaches.
Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) or other training platforms to deliver and track training initiatives.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and make datadriven improvements.
Knowledge of client support processes, best practices, and industry trends is a plus.

Salary:
$25, $32,300.00 per month
