About Job
This role is accountable to support the development and deployment of new tools and process that will enable transformation of Data Acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first level of expertise on the future state operational processes and tools by continuously educating the execution teams on the new ways of working through Transformation Metrics & global SOPs
- Responsible for research, analysis and recommendation of processes that contribute to design and development of enhancements to the tools and processes enabling its strategic roadmap.
- Support creation of SOP documentation, training and certification maintenance
- Create a positive environment to nurture and grow more SMEs within the market as well as the CoE
- Drive Local data validation in conjunction with delivery teams.
- Work closely with Collection Strategy Lead & PM to ensure the detailed steps within the market level implementation plan are met
- Colead sprint prioritization and UAT test case creation
Qualifications:
About You
Responsible for providing support to the tools and processes to all execution teams as part of the Data Acquisition transformation, as well as assisting in the definition and maintenance of operational processes for all activities related to the tools and processes developed.
Requirements:
- 1+ Year of experience
- Bachelor's in technology or engineering.
- Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Word, intermedium level
- Advance English level spoken & written
- MS systems, Data base management any language
