    Media.Monks is on the lookout for a HR(IS) (Workday) Report Analyst responsible for the transformation of the HR reporting, metrics, governance, analytics, and data integrity efforts, leveraging various data analytics platforms to present data accurately and intuitively. This position collaborates closely with HR leaders, HRIS, and cross-functional teams to meet reporting needs, enhance data governance, and drive data-driven decision-making. The HR(IS) Report Analyst provides critical data interpretation and insights to support HR strategy needs.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Comprehensive Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain a wide range of reports and dashboards within Workday, covering modules such as HCM, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and more, to meet the diverse needs of the organization.
    • Data Analysis & Insights: Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to support business objectives and HR strategies.
    • Custom Reporting Solutions: Build custom reports using Workday Report Writer and other reporting tools, ensuring they are tailored to the specific needs of internal stakeholders while optimizing performance and usability.
    • Cross-Module Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of all Workday reporting modules, utilizing advanced reporting features to create integrated reports that span across multiple Workday domains.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and other departmental leaders to understand their reporting needs, providing guidance and expertise to ensure their requirements are accurately met.
    • Training & Support: Offer training and support to Workday users, enhancing their understanding of the reporting tools available and empowering them to utilize reports effectively.
    • Best Practices & Governance: Adhere to data governance and security policies, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and compliance of all reports and data handling practices.
    • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of new Workday reporting features and updates, recommending and implementing improvements to reporting processes and outputs.
    • Maintain and support the development of Workday dashboards and reporting structure
    • Provide first level support of system queries via our FreshService ticketing platform escalating to Workday SME's where required
    • Responsible for the successful maintenance, operations, and optimization of the Workday system and interfaces, as well as other systems that are parts of the overall HRIS platform

    What We Are Looking For

    • Experience of working with Workday
    • People Ops process expert with proven experience in establishing and driving operational excellence
    • Strong business acumen and ability to work collaboratively and meet the requirements of various stakeholders
    • Results driven and able to adapt and contribute ideas in the business
    • Project Management and strong data analytics skills especially around People Data Metrics/ dashboards
    • Highly organised and results driven; possess a growth mindset
    • Effective communicator and excellent stakeholder management skills
    • Be a self starter and problem solver who is accountable and takes pride in their work

    You'll need to have:

    • Workday Proficiency: Proven experience in Workday reporting, with expertise across all reporting modules. Workday Report Writer certification is a must.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights.

    Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Workday reporting tools, including calculated fields, custom reports, dashboards, and composite reporting.

    • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members at all levels.
