Summary:


  • The Strategic Marketing Analyst is responsible to support and make sure, the proper usage of Mosaic, as a Key User. Will be responsible for the Sales Excellence topics in Mosaic. The position will also support American reporting demands in North America.

Location:
Mexico City Office.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to SAP / CRM Tool Mosaic in Mexico, offering comprehensive support and guidance. Conduct regular training sessions and presentations to improve the usage of the tool. Facilitate the onboarding process for new Festo employees.
  • Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills and be able to perform automated activities programming in VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) or using macros in Excel.
  • Conduct analysis to evaluate correct usage of Mosaic, and sales excellence topics.
  • Responsible to achieve Sales Excellence objectives in Mexico.
  • Assist in the maintenance of customer master data consistency which supports the accuracy and value of the reporting tools.
  • Conduct data analyses to help identify and quantify relevant sales opportunities.

Educational Background

  • BS degree in computer Science/Analytics/Scientific/Engineering discipline.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to synthesize information into key messages appropriate for the audience.

Professional Knowledge and Experiences

  • 35 years of business experience and/or educational experience working in a strategic planning, marketing, analytics, or business/market intelligence
  • Excellent knowledge & business experience with MS Excel, PowerApps, PowerPoint; knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), Python and/or other programming platforms.

Salario:
A partir de $25 A $30,000 + PSL al mes
