About the Role

What You'll Do

Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to management and project partners
Work with cross functional teams to ensure project needs are met and resolve issues
Improve process operational efficiencies, and identify automation opportunities
Own program and operator governance
Track and report performance metrics and program level KPIs
Build resource feedback mechanisms and ensure NPS targets are met for the program

Basic Qualifications

BA/BS in human resources management or a related field
Program/Project Management Experience
Professional proficiency in English
23 years of experience as a Vendor Manager/Resourcing manager in fast paced environment
Strong communication and problemsolving skills are preferred, with multilingual abilities an advantage.
Organized, detailfocused approach capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously.
The ability to work collaboratively cross functionally. This includes sharing information, providing support, and contributing to the overall success of the resources and onboarding process.
Excellent organizational skills needed to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and maintain detailed records throughout the process.

Nice to have:

Understanding of AI Data Services/ Data Annotation environments and Localization.
Understanding of business principles, human behavior and motivation.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, processes, and technology tools is preferred.
