About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to management and project partners
  • Work with cross functional teams to ensure project needs are met and resolve issues
  • Improve process operational efficiencies, and identify automation opportunities
  • Own program and operator governance
  • Track and report performance metrics and program level KPIs
  • Build resource feedback mechanisms and ensure NPS targets are met for the program

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS in human resources management or a related field
  • Program/Project Management Experience
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • 23 years of experience as a Vendor Manager/Resourcing manager in fast paced environment
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills are preferred, with multilingual abilities an advantage.
  • Organized, detailfocused approach capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • The ability to work collaboratively cross functionally. This includes sharing information, providing support, and contributing to the overall success of the resources and onboarding process.
  • Excellent organizational skills needed to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and maintain detailed records throughout the process.

Nice to have:


  • Understanding of AI Data Services/ Data Annotation environments and Localization.
  • Understanding of business principles, human behavior and motivation.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, processes, and technology tools is preferred.
