As a
Back Office/Collections Specialist, you will aim to support the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and accounting processes.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Enter all uncollected items into our tracking system.
  • Contact relevant parties via phone calls.
  • Monitor and act on collections.
  • Inform debtors of their payment status and timeline for repayment.
  • Research companies and corporate entities to follow up on payments.
  • Be persistent in calling and contacting debtors.
  • Address questions regarding each collections case.
  • Secure payment, monitor and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Update and review all collections and keep records up to date.
  • Process Requested Refunds
  • Organizes work in a structured and wellplanned manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Finance and business knowledge preferred.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel); working knowledge of databases, or financial software a plus)
  • Able to Multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Selfmotivated and selfdirected; able to work without supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to create trust and build relationships.
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.

OTHER

  • Work hours/Shifts: Monday to Friday 6:00am2:30Pm
  • Salary: 18,000MXN to 26,000 depending on experience.
