What you will be doing

  • Organizes meetings and develops agendas and meeting materials (such as presentations and reports) as needed
  • Plans and organizes business unit special events
  • Align leadership with the values, Mission and Vision of Equinix. Participate in integration programs (Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging), good interpersonal relations,
  • Being the extension of the Managing Director, having the good practices of friendly, teamwork, always giving support, promoting positive conversations, enthusiasm, always helping
  • Maintains confidentiality and deals with information that is highly sensitive
  • Meeting and Event Planning/Preparation
Special Projects

  • Coordinates special projects as needed Budgeting and Expense Management
  • Manages departmental budgets
  • Processes expense reports and POs and proactively manages to completion
Calendar Management and Travel

  • Coordinates complex calendars
  • Makes travel arrangements as needed

What you should have

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar highlevel administrative role is essential.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: English and Spanish, is required.
