_ ABOUT THE TEAM/ROLE_


Being part of the Operations team for DiDi Food will give you the unique opportunity to help drive growth in one of the fastest growing companies in Latam.

You will be involved in the definition and execution of the business operations. This data driven role calls for a rare combination of consumer inspired analytical thinking & inter-personal ability.

You will have the opportunity to work in a tight team, where you will have a clear impact on the launch, build and run of different DiDi Food businesses.

Be prepared for a hectic, fast paced and challenging environment. Never a dull moment


Role Responsibilities:

What will you be doing?

  • Managing communications directly to DiDi's users
  • Strategy, analysis, planning, and execution of operations activities.
  • Coordinate with other internal teams to implement operations activities.
  • Support in the team's operational issues.
  • Business intelligence, data extraction, generation of insights.

Role Qualifications:

  • 1 2 years left before graduation.
  • Data-Driven. Get meaningful insights from data analysis in order to make decisions the best decisions and/or make great proposals
  • Strong Analytical Skills (Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business Insights, Statistics).
  • Advanced Excel; Data manipulation; advanced formulas; pivot tables
  • Fluent English
  • Highly organized, efficient, able to prioritize, and manage a wide range of responsibilities
  • Communication skills.
  • Team work

Bonus points:


  • Advanced knowledge of programming languages: SQL; Python
  • Big plus: Tableau, R
