In this role, you will:


  • Support and help build out the administrative support function for the Mexico Legal team
  • Manage team queues, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of inquiries, requests, and tasks
  • Provide general support for the entire legal team (including US and EMEA), including, but not limited to, document coordination and preparation (filing, signing), redlining, and general correspondence
  • Build new administrative workflows and process improvement across various team and crossfunctional efforts
  • Maintain and organize legal databases and systems
  • Manage updates to contractual and policy templates and support related workflows
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Mexico legal team and counterparts in the US and EMEA offices
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed, providing administrative and operational support
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices

Minimum requirements for the role:


  • 4+ years of administrative, operations and/or legal support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
  • Ability to support US (EST/PST) business hours as needed
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy
  • Demonstrated success in managing team inboxes/queues, coordinating tasks, and meeting deadlines within a dynamic work environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team collaboration
  • Discretion while handling confidential legal information
  • Adaptability and a proactive mindset to navigate changing priorities and thrive in a fastpaced, innovative environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Inhouse, technology company, law firm, or notary public experience
  • Legal management software experience (Zendesk, Ironclad, SimpleLegal, etc.)
  • Knowledge of legal terminology, practices, and documentation in Mexico
