- Manage the account by performing detail cost/benefit analysis.
- Analyze collect freight movements, truckload, LTL, small package.
- Identify logistics areas for process improvement and cost savings to ensure achievement of expectations.
- Resolve problems with ocean and air freight carriers/ forwarders; monitor compliance with tariffs and negotiate service agreements thru purchasing dept.
- Develop and maintain information and business requirements.
- Maintain the SharePoint site with the updated project flowcharts, business requirement documents, fictional specification documents and presentations.
- Bachelor's Degree in transportation/business/logistics preferred.
- Knowledge of traffic engineering principles and operations.
- Experience in data processing and analysis
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products especially Excel and Power BI
- High Proficiency in English Language (> B1)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
