    Acceleration Center - CT&I - QA Functional - Senior Associate

    This role is part of the PwC Acceleration Centers, where you'll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation.

    The Opportunity

    As a Senior Associate on our Quality Engineering team, you'll lead end-to-end Loyalty and Digital Engagement program testing and validation. You'll analyze complex problems, mentor others, and uphold rigorous standards. Your focus will be on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations, and growing your personal brand and technical knowledge.

    • Leading end-to-end Loyalty and Digital Engagement program testing
    • Validating program functionality
    • Analyzing complex problems and providing solutions
    • Mentoring and guiding junior team members
    • Building and maintaining client relationships
    • Enhancing understanding of the business context
    • Delivering top-quality solutions

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you'll need:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science
    • 5 years of experience with 5-8 years of experience preferred
    • Oral and written proficiency in English required

    What Sets You Apart

    In addition to the requirements above, having a Master's Degree and leading end-to-end Loyalty and Digital Engagement program testing would be a significant advantage.

    Skills For The Role

    You'll need to possess the following skills and experiences:

    • Full Stack (Functional + Automation)
    • 5-8 years' experience
    • Must Have: E2E and Functional Blackbox, Greybox, System Testing experience, Postman, Python/NodeJs, ADO, understand web application architecture, mongodb
    • Nice to have: RestAssured, Cucumber, CI/CD
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    • Extensive experience in software testing and automation, with a focus on functional and API testing.
    • Strong understanding of E2E multitiered web applications architecture.
    • E2E and Functional Blackbox, Greybox, System Testing experience, Postman, Python/NodeJs, ADO, understand web application architecture, mongodb
    • Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, RestAssured, Postman, or similar.
    • Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
    • Experience with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Experience in performance and security testing.
    • Familiarity with BDD/TDD practices and tools (e.g., Cucumber, SpecFlow).
    • Knowledge of cloud environments and microservices architecture.
