    Sr. Analyst Ariba Supplier

    Position Title: Sr. Analyst Ariba Supplier

    Reports to Title: Sr Mgr COE Dir Mater & Supplier Collab

    Dept / Function: Supply Chain Delivery Services

    Summary: The Hershey Company seeks a seasoned professional to develop and deliver differentiating capability in the Supplier Collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Business Understanding and Direction

    1. Understands the vision, mission, strategies, and goals of the Hershey business and industry trends.
    2. Strong understanding of Ariba SCC operations and processes at both technical and business levels.
    3. Grasp of how Hershey collaborates with Global Procurement and key stakeholders.

    Organization Capability Assessment

    1. Assesses organizational health regularly.
    2. Develops frameworks or tools to measure capability maturity levels and assess performance against industry benchmarks.
    3. Analyzes data and recommends steps to leverage strengths and address improvement areas.
    4. Maintains high-quality outcomes through standards, processes, measures, policies, and guidelines.

    Project Management and Supplier On-Boarding

    1. Collaborates with Internal & External Stakeholders to implement Ariba SCC globally.
    2. Builds project plans for testing and implementing B2B suppliers.
    3. Collaborates with Global Procurement to ensure alignment on suppliers and ongoing goals.

    Education and Training

    1. Evaluates, develops, and implements training solutions for current and future business needs.
    2. Works closely with HR to assess, plan, and implement training programs needed by Supply Chain Collaboration.
    3. Manages programs to assist employees during transitions and personnel changes.

    Strategic Partnerships and Relationships

    1. Builds and maintains partnerships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
    2. Nurtures relationships with suppliers utilizing Ariba SCC, SAP Integrators, and IT Resources.
    3. Networks with counterparts in successful companies and participates in external communities/forums to discover industry trends.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related discipline.
    2. Advanced English proficiency.

    Experience:

    1. At least 3 years of progressive experience in procurement or related roles with vendor focus.
    2. SAP S4 & Ariba expertise.
    3. Project management and IS-to-business experience.
    4. Testing and training on systems.
    5. Expertise in procurement processes, strategies, and best practices.
    6. Experience with solutions, transitions, and change management is beneficial.
    7. Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, managing projects, and driving process improvements.
    8. Familiarity with ERP systems, e-procurement platforms, and data analytics tools used in procurement operations.
    9. Proven customer expectations management and experience working in a Business Service environment.
    10. Excellent relationship builder and communicator with leadership and motivation ability (Bilingual-English).
