- Understands the vision, mission, strategies, and goals of the Hershey business and industry trends.

- Evaluates, develops, and implements training solutions for current and future business needs.
- Works closely with HR to assess, plan, and implement training programs needed by Supply Chain Collaboration.
- Manages programs to assist employees during transitions and personnel changes.
- Builds and maintains partnerships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Nurtures relationships with suppliers utilizing Ariba SCC, SAP Integrators, and IT Resources.
- Networks with counterparts in successful companies and participates in external communities/forums to discover industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related discipline.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in procurement or related roles with vendor focus.
- SAP S4 & Ariba expertise.
- Project management and IS-to-business experience.
- Testing and training on systems.
- Expertise in procurement processes, strategies, and best practices.
- Experience with solutions, transitions, and change management is beneficial.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, managing projects, and driving process improvements.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, e-procurement platforms, and data analytics tools used in procurement operations.
- Proven customer expectations management and experience working in a Business Service environment.
- Excellent relationship builder and communicator with leadership and motivation ability (Bilingual-English).
