ACSI's fast-growing team is in search of a Supervisor to assist and handle a team that work with our many US-based clients. We are looking for a profile who thrive in dynamic environments and have previous Call Center Supervisor experience.

Responsibilities:

Accomplishes department objectives by supervising and monitoring work processes.

Accomplishes job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.

Implements and enforces systems, and procedures.

Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems and implementing new procedures.

Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
