Responsibilities:


CTO Assoc Manager

What will you be doing?
the role is global in nature requires critical thinking skills to determine innovative technical solutions.
Build an architecture to define enterprise technology standards, facilitate leverage and re-use, and ensure successful delivery of global Contact Center & Technology deployment Services across the enterprise
You will drive standardization and simplification across the existing environments to reduce overall total cost of ownership (TCO).
Development, refinement, publishing, and socialization of patterns, policies and guidelines, and technology standards
Provides exceptional technical and/or analytical support in identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems of moderate to highly complex business communication systems
Ensuring the successful deployment of Genesys contact center solutions
Provide guidance and recommendations to the Infrastructure Architecture teams on standards and designs
Produce architecture and engineering specifications and design documents
Lead the architecture direction and design issues as well as influence peers, cross-functional partners, and IT leadership
Effectively presenting facts and recommendations in oral and written form
Work to remediate legacy infrastructure, set standards and procedures for the delivery team to execute.
Analyze sector level infrastructure, architecture and develop plans to modernize, value adds/Simplify telephony systems

Work with vendors and partners to certify products and standards for PepsiCo and manage life cycle approach for standards Designing, certifying and testing of IPT infra for existing sites, new sites and upgrades.

This includes architectural design and working with other teams and vendors to configure network connectivity and other requirements Maximize user adoption of services through quick user guides, portal help and training Designing and implementing solutions in the lab and in production for on-premise, cloud and hybrid scenarios.

Develop integration of Genesys Contact Center solution including Evaluation and developing of device standards (platform technology, peripherals, etc.)
Automation through the development of new scripts or modifying existing scripts.
Knowledge transfer to production services through documentation, training material creation and training Collaborate with all business units globally, stakeholders, senior business leaders Provide value adds, publish status reports Develop and support Team, take hiring decisions as
required, be a visible leader Communicate effectively through strong written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences Assess emerging technologies, stay abreast of industry trends, and give advice on investments prices versus performance Ensure the features, benefits, and architectural impact of technology are understood and valued Assist in developing business cases for architectural solutions Position the appropriate IT services for customers to consider when deploying a technology solution

Lead technical discussions, driving clarity of complex issues/requirements to build robust solutions Develop an advanced understanding of technological capabilities Effectively highlight IT technological advantages and disadvantages from the customer's perspective dentify technical win strategies from a business and technology perspective Produce Reports and financial health status of projects assigned.

Interface with Sector Delivery leads and business at senior level for requirements and delivery


Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?


A minimum of 10 years as an architect or senior engineer, with minimum of 7 years in Genesys or similar Contact Center infrastructure technology.

Experience with Voice Infra, Genesys or similar cloud contact center technology, network, cloud, and collaboration architectures.
Must have strong Voice, Contact Center technology development background
Ability to implement & script telephony integration on Genesys/Cisco.
Provide Tier 3/4 support on troubleshooting of complex issues.
