What is this role about?:


As Sales Team Lead is a dynamic professional who orchestrates and guides the sales team toward achieving revenue targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.


What awaits you in this role:

  • Provides continual evaluation of processes and procedures.
  • Responsible for suggesting methods to improve areas of operations, efficiency, and service to both internal and external customers.
  • Provides statistical and performance feedback and coaching daily to each team member.
  • Be always available to employees who experience work and/or personal problems providing appropriate coaching, counseling, direction, and resolution.
  • Ensure to write and administer performance reviews for skills improvement.
  • Manage nesting agents to ensure proper performance before moving to the operations floor.
  • Incorporate performance intervention to accelerate learning.
  • Responsible for managing and motivating the SDRs to work simultaneously with them to hit KPIs and metrics.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in resolving customer complaints and issues.
  • Handling employeerelated issues and monitoring transactions.
  • Monitor Team performance in terms of e.g. NPS, CSAT, FCR, Adherence, Attrition, etc.
  • Ensure employees adhere to the company's policies, procedures, guidelines, rules and work.

What we are looking for:


  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales with excellent experience in people and client management.
  • Experience in managing processes and people.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment where changes may take place at any given time.
  • Ability to analyze data and use that data to drive decisionmaking and implementation of effective solutions.
  • Proven ability to be a good team player, decisionmaker, and effectively handle complex situations.
  • Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility.
  • Must be a good collaborator and can exceed expectations.
