We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated
Network, IT, and Netsuite Infrastructure Administrator (aka
_IT Administrator_) to join our team.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain all cloudbased network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs.
  • Manage all company software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
  • Maintain an inventory of all IT hardware, including laptops, peripherals, printers, and headsets.
  • Oversee the rollout and support of desktop devices, including laptops and printers, and productivity tools such as Outlook and Microsoft Office.
  • Troubleshoot all employee software and hardware issues, contacting manufacturers when necessary.
  • Continuously review infrastructure to determine where cost savings, upgrades, and new implementations are required.
  • Support the Netsuite Developer in maintaining the ERP system infrastructure and actioning businessdriven stakeholder requests to improve utility.
  • Take the lead on new implementations, such as VOIP system upgrades and Windows Intune implementation.
  • Provide occasional outofhours support as needed.

Requirements:


  • Must have a minimum of 35 years previous experience in a similar role.
  • Diploma or Degree in networking, hardware, or software configuration setup.
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows Office365 Premium and experience with its administration.
  • Working knowledge of Netsuite platform and experience building custom searches and reports.
  • Previous experience maintaining and upgrading VOIP infrastructure.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Selfstarter with a passion for IT and integrations.
  • Ability to work nontraditional hours.
  • Ability to work both remotely and from office in Mexico City, once office in Polanco is established.
