- Participate on account reconciliation process.
- Elaborate and submit account reconciliation assigned.
- Accounting Reports Tie out.
- Elaborate reports to explain account balances including supporting documentation.
- Prepare financial templates for samples requested by auditors.
- Collect supporting information from physical papers to share with auditors.
- Participate on manual costing process.
- Electronic Invoice review.
- Travel Expenses report review.
- SoP elaboration. Who you are:
- Currently studying a bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- To graduate at least in December 2025 or later.
- Availability to work from 8am to 5pm or 7am to 4pm.
- Advanced English level.
- Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills.
- General knowledge of Mexican tax law.
- Experience with accounting software. Preferred Skills and Competencies
- Ability to multi-task.
- Organization skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to listen, understand and apply critical thinking to understand business needs.
- Critical thinking (know how to prioritize, evaluate an analyze the best outcome).
