    Accounting Intern – CDMX

    We are hiring an Accounting Intern who will be supporting in everyday accounting and finance activities.

    As an intern, you will be doing

  • Participate on account reconciliation process.
  • Elaborate and submit account reconciliation assigned.
  • Accounting Reports Tie out.
  • Elaborate reports to explain account balances including supporting documentation.
  • Prepare financial templates for samples requested by auditors.
  • Collect supporting information from physical papers to share with auditors.
  • Participate on manual costing process.
  • Electronic Invoice review.
  • Travel Expenses report review.
  • SoP elaboration.
  • Who you are:

    Required Skills and Competencies

  • Currently studying a bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • To graduate at least in December 2025 or later.
  • Availability to work from 8am to 5pm or 7am to 4pm.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills.
  • General knowledge of Mexican tax law.
  • Experience with accounting software.
  • Preferred Skills and Competencies
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Organization skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to listen, understand and apply critical thinking to understand business needs.
  • Critical thinking (know how to prioritize, evaluate an analyze the best outcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of basic technology programs such as Microsoft Office.
