Lifetime Products Inc., is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our satellite Monterrey, Mexico location. (Plant in Apodaca, N.L., nearby Monterrey Airport)
This Department fully supports the Customer Services of the company. Insuring that customers are heard and satisfied with our products and services.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); ore one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Phone, computer knowledge, ten key, knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, Word and D36
- Problem solving and decision making abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills, both internal and external.
- Detailed oriented.
- Must be selfmotivated and work well with others.
- Excellent attendance.
- Overtime flexibility during peak seasons.
- Must be able to speak English fluently.
- Must have passport and travel VISA for USA current.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
- Must be able to pass background screening.
Required Skills:
- Bilingual
- English and Spanish, spoken and written. *Job preformed mainly in English
- Knowledgeable and/or proficient in Microsoft Products such as, Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS D365, Internet software, and Database software.
- Excellent planning skills, well organized
- Works well in a fast paced, challenging environment
- Excellent communication skills a must.
Salary:
$18, $21,000.00 per month
