What's the purpose of the role? The purpose of the role is to partner with line management to provide general Human Resources related consultation, support, service, and guidance to Hilti employees and management groups

What does the role involve? As an HRBP some of your responsabilities will be: Consulting Team Leaders and Team Members with regard to HR relevant topics Managing and implementing local HR projects as well as assist in global HR initiatives Managing all salary topics as merit increase, promotions, contracts.
