    Grow your career as a successful Project Manager within Trisept Solutions, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring and implementing very complex IT projects to meet organizational goals. You will maintain the efficiency of important aspects of the project management process such as planning, scheduling, budget and risk assessment. You will take the project from original concept through final implementation and work closely with business analysts (if assigned) on project scope and objectives validation. You will develop detailed work plans, schedules, projects estimates, resources plan and status reports, conduct project meetings, perform project tracking and analysis. You will ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables. You will manage the integration of vendor tasks, track and review vendor deliverables. You will provide technical and analytical guidance to project team and be responsible for day-to-day operations of the management of assigned projects.

    A successful Project Manager will:

  • Work in the preparation and definition of the PMO portfolio projects.
  • Assess requirements as Business Analyst of the project and recommend suitable IT components.
  • Formulate procedures and policies for optimum utilization of IT resources in the organization.
  • Communicate with cross functional project teams, team workers, functional test team, sponsors, management, partners, vendors and users.
  • Exhibit excellent public relationship skills with Customers, Co-workers & External Partners .
  • Monitor and drive issues, track tasks, and evaluate priorities daily.
  • Maintain project documents: Software (SW) Project Plan, Schedule, Sharepoint, Teams, Smartsheet. (Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately).
  • Work closely to the PMO to follow projects framework, guidelines, standards, templates, best practices, etc.
  • Publish weekly status reports/dashboards.
  • Facilitate project status meetings and key stakeholder reviews.
  • Prepare and manage a Project Plan to meet required milestones.
  • Deliver the project within agreed upon timeline and budget.
  • Lead meetings with external and internal teams to facilitate project completion.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
  • Provide notification of milestone completions.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Identify Risks in the projects, and design strategies to ovoid or mitigate it.
  • Elevate all critical issues and risks with suggested courses of action.
  • Propose new initiatives that could help lowering costs, incrementing staff satisfaction or working more efficiently.
  • Perform any other responsibilities, activities or tasks identified by the IT Hospitality Leads or PMO in terms of growing and developing the organization.
  • A successful Project Manager will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or related field.
  • Strong understanding of project management and business analyst methodology and terminology.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills with Business Analyst experience.
  • 5 years of PM related experience on IT Projects.
  • 5 years of experience with Hotel/Tourism/Travel Vacation Companies is a plus.
  • Fluent Spanish & English, written and verbal, skills is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Project Management Tools (like MS Project, Smartsheet, planisware).
  • Expertise using Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to produce high quality documentation and business analysis.
  • Ability to influence and persuade in order to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ability to confidently present concepts and solutions verbally in front of a group.
  • Ability to offer alternative solutions to project scope.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Desire to seek and gain knowledge from the PMO, BAs, PMs, and Compliance Regulations.
  • Acts as a champion for the team and the company.
  • Ability to manage large scale efforts by delegating tasks and overseeing multiple projects.
  • Ability to align with customer support and product teams in order to troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Ability to work multi-task and prioritize several project initiatives.
  • Must be a problem solver with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, facilitation, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to identify problems and recognize important information with a clear understanding of the underlying links between the details.
  • Ability to find the causes of problems to quickly identify and filter relevant information to solve them.
  • Willingness to travel and support knowledge transfer on global projects.
