Demonstrate independent judgment and knowledge of solar production

Excel at problemsolving and identifying solutions to lower job costs and create buildable jobs for all branches
Create Scope of Work for Sales and Operations Team through the exercise of discretion and independent judgment
Create RFQ's for Project Managers to request quotes from Subcontractors
Self‐proofing work to ensure accuracy before allowing any project to continue through the pipeline

Be comfortable completing research online and via phone for solar projects Coordinate with Headquarters & Branch departments on a daily basis

Work closely with CE III to resolve issues on projects and keep the pipeline flowing for all branch offices
Follow standard operating procedures and protocol to ensure the accuracy of your layouts
Maintain department standards and work with management to improve process and build requirements
Complete all assigned Edd app courses.
Other duties as assigned

Qualification Requirement

Must have a proven high skill level to interpret blueprints and other project documents, including but not limited to, specifications, reporting, and quality requirements
Must know how to handle problems quickly and efficiently
Must be very organized and have great communication skills
Ability to demonstrate strong computer skills
1 Year in Construction / Solar installation experience
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office
1 year of experience in Solar as a Designer

Demonstrated ability to solve complicated electrical and construction issues Basic knowledge in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office

Exceptional creative problem‐solving and analytical skills
Acute attention to detail
Experience with electrical or mechanical design
An understanding of the National Electric Code
An understanding of the Building Code
Passion to work for a fast‐growing, fast paced, world‐changing, mission‐driven company
Ability to stay organized and maintain project records
Must be a team player
Must work well unsupervised and be self‐motivate
