The Role Role Description:
Collaborate closely with designers, builders, and suppliers to ensure flawless execution of property projects. Spearhead a comprehensive 300-step onboarding process, prioritizing precision and efficiency. Skillfully negotiate with vendors and contractors to uphold exceptional standards. Thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, making swift decisions and communicating fluently in English. Provide guidance and support to your team to meet deadlines and uphold quality standards. Supervise property preparations, including furniture setup and logistics, to ensure timely project completion. Address issues promptly to minimize disruptions in the onboarding process.


Schedule:
Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm GMT

Ideal Profile Requirements:
Previous experience in property management or project management is preferred. Exceptional proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proven track record of delivering exceptional outcomes. Possess a meticulous attention to detail and adept at managing multiple tasks concurrently.
