The Operations Center specialist proactively monitors the IT infrastructure, attends and supports events and incidents. He is the manager of the events and services process. Responsible for server operating system upgrades.

Expertly execute the event, incident and service request management process.
Prevent through proactive monitoring incidents that impact the IT infrastructure.
Ensure that events and incidents are resolved as quickly as possible according to priorities.
Analyze, diagnose, document and resolve or escalate IT infrastructure related incidents.
Ensure that service levels are met according to priorities.
Be a communication channel and liaison between IT areas.
Support change and problem management processes.
Document and popularize the knowledge base.
Update Windows Server operating systems on a monthly basis.

MUST HAVE 3 years of experience on:

Knowledge of Monitoring tools
Analyze, diagnose, document and if necessary resolve or escalate faults to 2nd level support.
Medium knowledge for LAN and WAN support.
Medium knowledge for Windows, Citrix, Linux, AS400 server support.
Mediumadvanced knowledge for Windows server operating system upgrade.
Knowledge of AS400, Linux, Citrix.
Mediumadvanced knowledge of VMware, HyperV.
Communicate to 2nd level areas clearly and accurately events or incidents for prompt resolution.

Rotating shift work (9 hours Monday to Friday, 12 hours Saturday and Sunday - 48 hours per week), - Availability of schedule (rotating shifts and weekends)
Pay per hour 153.50
