Industrial Engineering or similar ISO-14001, IATF 16949 and ISO-9001

Q1 Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with the procedures and referenced records of the Quality System ISO14001, IATF 16949 and Iso900
Manage customer claims from the moment they are received, analyzing the cause with the multifunctional team, monitoring and validating actions.
Report customer satisfaction data.
Customer service (8D's, monitoring of containment, corrective and preventive actions))
Data collection of PPMs., claims, customer score.
Carry out the analysis of warranty parts.
Being the quality contact for the client in case of (claims, or any issue that may arise).
Meet OEM regulations.
Support the OEM in problems related to the parts supplied by SP..Report of activities with OEM.
Participate in meetings with the OEM.
Suggest actions and root cause of detected failures with the OEM.
Provide support with any additional task requested
