    We are seeking an experienced Transformation Architect to lead our technology modernization efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic transformation initiatives to modernize and optimize our systems, processes, and infrastructure.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    • Assess current systems and identify transformation opportunities

    • Develop transformation roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to define a clear and actionable roadmap for transforming the technology landscape, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.

    • Architect and design modernized solutions: Design innovative and scalable solutions that leverage modern technologies and best practices, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to drive the successful implementation of transformation initiatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

    • Provide technical leadership: Guide and mentor a team of architects and engineers, providing technical expertise, guidance, and support throughout the transformation journey.

    **Requirements:**

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    - Proven experience as a Transformation Architect or similar role, with a focus on Tandem, Unisys, Mainframe, and Open systems.
    - Strong knowledge and expertise in modernizing legacy systems, including experience with migration, consolidation, and integration projects.
