Responsibilities

Interaction with customers to process their shipments accurately and in a timely fashion, related to any warehouse operation and especially to US customs procedures.
Management of inbond shipments, securement, and segregation. Document control to prevent fines.
Support warehouse operations related to customer needs, including inventory visibility, count accuracy, and control documentation.
Control and Management of FTZ operations including reporting and system.
Inventory update for activity inside of FTZ.

Control of other permitted activities related to the product:
assembled, cleaned, manipulated, relabeled, repackaged, repaired, and destroyed.

Support in a warehouse for ingate and outgate merchandise deliveries or shipments.

Qualifications

Abilities and Key Personal traits

Hungry to work and motivated to improve.
Responsible, disciplined individual with a principled personality that is Positive, proactive, driven, honest, selfmotivated, outspoken, transparent, and hardworking.
Experience in the maquiladora industry is a plus.
English 90% (Indispensable)
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma / Kaizen processes (Desirable)
Ample experience using Office including Excel, PPS, Word.
Experience with Warehouse Management Software or Enterprise Resource Planning Software.
