BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1+ year of experience as trainer
1+ year of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Able to stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
High School or equivalent diploma
Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
The Fulfillment Center Trainer works with operations managers, area managers, production assistants and associates. Constantly improves the long-term capabilities of the area to which he/she is assigned.
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable talking in front of a group as well as oneonone with an individual.
- Able to give and receive feedback effectively.
- Can drive understanding (i.e. using visual aids, able to recognize when a group or individual is lost and needs more attention)
- Ability to follow up
- Always meets time commitments and deadlines, is goal oriented
- Checks and tests for understanding. Gives insight to area managers.

For this role, you will need to be:
- At least 18 years old, and authorized to work in the México
- Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Able to stand/walk for up to 1012 hours
- Day/Night shift availability
- Able to operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product or materials.
Lead training and/or start of shift meetings for a group of 20+ Associates. Maintain
expert-level knowledge in at least two production departments; evaluate and improve
processes within work areas; refine learning tools and techniques across the FC. Assist
encourage Associate development. Drive operational mechanisms to ensure an
exceptional and reliable onboarding experience. Execute a consistent, best-in-class
new hire experience in a rapid and complex changing work environment. Use a hands
- on-approach to facilitate Associate onboarding curriculum that engages and excites
newly hired employees in a welcoming and supportive environment. Support the
updating of SOPs and SOP certification of Associates and managers. Giving and
receiving effective feedback.
- Prior training, teaching or presentation experience to include experience facilitating
- Previous experience as a Learning Trainer or PA
- Willingness to work different shifts
- Shift hours for this position may be different from the standard production shifts
- Willingness to work in different areas as required by training needs
- Excellent attendance
- Understanding of customer fulfillment processes and flow
- Willingness to participate in, and support the Operational Excellence initiatives
- Previous Learning experience
- Basic english
- Bachelor's degree or dropout
