Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the overall creation, development, and maintenance of the supply chain management, to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction while coordinating the personnel and processes to achieve production distribution and raw materials arrival.

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations and shipment tracking to ensure ontime delivery of materials.
To plan and manage logistics, warehouse, commercial inspection, and customer services.
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and retailers.
Comply with import/export and tax law regulations
To arrange order shipment, track cargo information
Communicate with STAFF members to comply with production demands.
Compliance for IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT Certification, CTPAT, AEO
Logistics data analysis to plan and achieve cost optimization.
Management and control of inventory systems for Annex 24 and 30

Requirements:

- +4 years of import/export experience being familiar with operation process and related regulations and policies of Mexico Ports (all transportation)
