Objetivo de la posición:

Administrar y controlar el buen uso de la flotilla de autos de la empresa así como brindar la atención necesaria a los empleados que cuenten.

Hablemos de principales responsabilidades:

Proporcionar atención requerida a clientes internos de la compañía.
Actualizar matriz general de la flotilla de autos de al empresa.
Conciliar y procesar pago a proveedores: arrendamiento, gestoría y mantenimiento.
Controlar operación de estacionamiento corporativo Antara.
Tramitar altas y bajas de estacionamiento corporativo Antara.
Controlar los procesos de renovación, entrega y préstamo de autos.
Controlar la recepción de autos.
Realizar auditoría a talleres de la red de servicio.
Realizar procesos contables de provisiones y pagos intercompany.
Proporcionar inducción de la flotilla de autos corporativos.
Estrategias de mejora de procesos, calidad de servicio y medición de satisfacción de clientes.
Controlar pool de autos.

¿Qué necesitas para aplicar?

Licenciatura (Carta Pasante o Título)
Al menos 12 años de experiência en administración de mantenimiento y gestoría de autos
Excel Básico
Intermedio (Funciones básicas, Vlookup, Tablas dinámicas)
Inglés básico
Licencia de manejo vigente
