Job Location(s): Reynosa, MXWe have an immediate opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join us at our diverse team.

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the proper functioning of the equipment assigned, executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs at the extrusion area or other area assigned.


Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Implement corrective maintenances applied to his area, machines and equipment
  • Reviewing and interpretation of electrical diagrams, plans and technical drawings
  • Execute preventive maintenance to equipment that is inactive during the week or programmed
  • Implement equipment or process improvements proactively
  • Identify, solve and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical problems in the production team

Background & Skills:


  • Electromechanics or mechatronic technical degree (Engineer career desired)
- _Experience of 1 year in automated equipment. 2 years of experience in preventive maintenance_

  • Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Computer skills, (Microsoft Office, PLC, test stand)
  • Ability to read and understand hydraulic & electrical schematics
- _Knowledge of Programming PLC and preventive maintenance_

  • Outstanding safety record and approach to behavioral based safety using proper PPE are requirements
