Role Description:

is in charge of guaranteeing the satisfaction of the producers assigned as the first line of service.

It is your responsibility to attend and manage with internal areas involved for each service required until its solution in a timely manner.

You must maintain effective and cordial communication to build a satisfactory relationship with the producers under your care.

primary responsibilities

1- Functional Responsibilities

  • Follow up and solve the different services that arrive through the mailbox, call and facetoface visits, through the correct identification in the service catalog, ensuring that the producer provides the necessary requirements for the solution in the SLA's established for each service.
  • Make previously scheduled visits to the different offices of the assigned producers, providing relevant information on the services received, review of areas of opportunity, as well as the generation and delivery of the minutes of the meeting with the agreements or points reviewed.
  • Keep a record and closure of the services attended, in the unique database generated for the unit, guaranteeing a correct
  • Approach and collaboration with the different internal areas of the company, for the resolution of the services that are outside the response times to achieve the appropriate solution and timely closure of the same.
  • Generation and sending of monthly reports, showing metrics and indicators of effectiveness of the services received in the period.
2- Responsibilities

  • Ensure the proper functioning and operation of each producer
  • Generation of reports and presentation of results
  • Notification and monitoring of pending services
  • Comply with the Slá established for each service received, as well as the registration and closing of the services provided.
