- Providing leadership and improvement focus for warehouse operations including transportation and packaging operations.
- Ensuring internal and external customer requirements are met through the Cummins Operating System.
- Providing safe working environment for all Accelera by Cummins and contract employees.
- Managing daily operations across functions to ensure a dependable and efficient supply chain.
- Leading annual operating plan, forecasts, and other measurements for Parts Distribution Center operations.
- Experience utilizing warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations of a warehouse.
- Ability to concisely explain and/or elaborate multi-disciplined and end-to-end integration of the flow of information, products, and services.
- Relevant background experience is required.
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related subject required.
- Intermediate/Advance level of English (B2).
