What You'll Experience

As a Product Designer at MonkeyLabs, you'll be part of an innovative and rapidly expanding company where creativity and challenge thrive. Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business goals into exceptional product experiences.

Conduct user research, gather insights, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on product solutions.

Create user-centered design solutions, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, while considering usability and aesthetic aspects.

Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of designs, maintaining a strong balance between design vision and technical feasibility.

Contribute to design reviews, user testing sessions, and product evaluations to continually refine and improve design solutions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate design decisions.

Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with user research methodologies, including conducting user interviews, usability testing, and analyzing research findings.

Familiarity with front-end development technologies and their impact on design decisions.

Ability to create motion graphics or animations to enhance user experiences.

-Passion for staying updated with design trends, user experience innovations, and emerging technologies.
