  Experience:
• 2+ year of professionallevel analysis/engineering experience (including internship/coop experience) covering one or more of the following areas: test engineering/analysis, gear manufacturing analysis/planning, product design/development, or program launch

• SAP (required)
• Axalante
• Advanced understanding of interdisciplinary engineering data used in product development and engineering programs.
• Ability to interface with crossfunctional teams and all levels of personnel and management
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities
• Solid interpersonal, communications and listening skills

• Initiate engineering change notices using drawing markups and input from engineering.
• Communicate with the necessary technical resources to ensure design changes are understood and correctly implemented.
• Assist Engineering Support team to initiate and review proposed change requests in Axalant.
• Coordinate the changes for manufacturing part numbers in SAP LP1 as they relate to our ECR/ECO's.
• Meet with internal customers on a regular basis and discuss quality of service issues.
• Answer and resolve any customer related inquiries and/or complaints.
• Assist project coordinators by initiating Axalant ECR/ECO required as an output of their customer service requests.
• Work with quality and manufacturing in the plant on the development and implementation of ERP systems.
