Objective of the position
Create and manage production documentation
Principal activities
- Prepare and manage master data lists
- Create production plans for modifications and rework
- Create documentation for production processes, including machine setting data, in production plans
- Recognize improvement potential in existing production plans and cooperate in development of suggestions for product improvement
- Manage customer data/information in production documentation, taking into account applicable standards and productiontechnical aspects
- Include all change descriptions from the customer and internal product improvements, excluding avoidable production interruptions at DRX and customer
- Implement work sequences and operations according to instructions, taking into account known production processes and time data for variants of a product according to ergonomic, productiontechnical and economic knowledge
- Describe production processes, work operations, work sequences and equipment, if necessary implementing optimum batch sizes in cooperation with the involved departments
Requirements:
Professional career:
- Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar
Relevant experience:
- Harness Processes
- Automotive Industry
Technical knowledge:
- Norma IATF 16949:2016
- ISO / ISO 45001:2018
- Statistical tools
- Problem solving skills

- 8Ds
Languages:
- English Advanced Level
