Join our
Mexicali Plant as a
Packaging Maintenance Planner and elevate your career In this role, you'll coordinate preventive maintenance efficiently using the SAP system, ensuring adherence to manufacturing standards, EHSS, and QFS policies.

You'll manage spare parts, consumables, and equipment maintainability, acting as a key support to the Maintenance Engineer.

Addressing failures promptly, you'll communicate potential implications to the business and implement predictive maintenance strategies including thermographic, vibration, and ultrasound routines.

Additionally, you'll lead the development of maintenance plans to enhance regulatory compliance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. As the owner of the Work Management Element in the RM COE, you'll spearhead its implementation and deployment.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Manage expenses and resources to ensure productive maintenance and add value.
Implement equipment modifications for technological updates, coordinating with service providers.
Execute maintenance plans for production lines.
Control monthly and annual budgets for assigned areas.
Ensure contractor work complies with GMP and Food Safety requirements.
Maintain safe working conditions to prevent accidents.
Monitor warehouse refurbishments to avoid disruptions to operations.
Coordinate contractor work with the maintenance team.
Identify and implement continuous improvement and costsaving projects.
Develop suppliers to enhance equipment lifespan and problemsolving capabilities.
Participate in the execution of tasks within the global Food Safety program, including water control, pest control, food buildup, GMP, belting, and overhead food stream.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Minimum 2 years of experience as a maintenance planner (preferred).
Prior supervisory experience of at least 2 years in manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish communication.
Completion of a professional career or equivalent educational qualification.
