- In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and architectural expertise to our clients, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet their needs.
- You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design, develop, and implement solutions that drive business value.
- Understand our customer ́s business needs and translate them into a design using our solutions
- Translate design documents to a real solution to our customer ́s needs
- Lead functional design sessions with customers
- Mentor younger peers
- Anything noteworthy about software, application architecture, etc. that the candidate should know
- Lead the design and architecture of solutions for our clients
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs
- Work closely with other members of the Consulting Services team to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and apply them to our clients' projects
- Provide technical and architectural guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Ensure the solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure and performant
- Provide guidance on the selection of technologies and platforms
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities to improve the business processes and operations of our clients
- Maintain a healthy billable utilization
- Negotiate with customers on how their design using our solutions will fit/benefit their operations
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in solution architecture and consulting
- Strong experience in solution design and development in a variety of industries and technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead teams
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus
- Experience with microservices, containerization, and cloud native is a plus
- Experience with Business Process Re-engineering and Digital Transformation is a plus
