    Empresa líder en transporte y logística busca un Coordinador de RRHH para unirse a su equipo.

    Descripción del puesto

    El Coordinador de RRHH es responsable de implementar y administrar políticas de personal, encargándose de la zona asignada. También debe realizar entrevistas, manejar expedientes y proporcionar asesoría a la dirección sobre las relaciones diarias entre empleados y cuestiones relacionadas con el desempeño laboral.

    Responsabilidades clave

    • Implementar y administrar políticas de personal.
    • Entrevistar candidatos y manejar expedientes.
    • Proporcionar asesoría a la dirección sobre relaciones entre empleados y desempeño laboral.
    • Ayudar al departamento de Recursos Humanos en la implementación de programas para mejorar la experiencia del empleado.
    • Ofrecer asistencia proactiva en reclutamiento y selección.
    • Identificar formas de mejorar políticas y procedimientos.
    • Capacitar y apoyar a nuevos colaboradores.
    • Hacer registro de documentación y mantener actualizados los informes y documentos junto con expedientes.
    • Publicar ofertas de trabajo y ayudar en el reclutamiento de personal.
    • Calificar postulaciones y resguardar archivos y documentos del departamento.
    • Facilitar actividades de evaluaciones de personal y elaborar contratos de trabajo y tramitaciones con la Seguridad Social.

    Requisitos del puesto

    • Tipo de contrato: Tiempo completo.
    • Sueldo: $15,000 a $16,500 dependiendo de la experiencia.
    • Horario: Incluye fines de semana, lunes a viernes, turno matutino.
    • Prestaciones: Opción a contrato indefinido.
    • Educación: Licenciatura.
    • Experiencia: 5 años en Recursos Humanos (deseable).
